Sir,
We would like to thank the author for his comments[1] on our article.[2]
Unfortunately we did not follow our donors for more than 6 months after the operation. Most of the donors were lost to follow-up because of socioeconomic problems, and our analysis was not complete because of so much missing data. We will perform another study about the donors in the near future; and if the data are enough, it will be published as well.
