(b) Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis: There is segmental sclerosis characterized by increase in mesangial matrix and obliteration of capillary lumina (silver methanamine, x200). (c) Diffuse mesangial sclerosis: There is dense sclerosis with obliteration of capillary tuft (silver methanamine, x200). (d) Collapsing glomerulopathy: There is collapse of glomerular tuft and hyperplasia of overlying visceral epithelial cells. An occasional resorption droplets are also noted (silver methanamine, x200)
